Educators and frontline staff will learn about the impact of trauma on students' learning, as well as their own mental well-being. Learners will  understand the physiological, cognitive, and behavioral impact trauma has on achievement and wellness.

Educators and frontline staff will learn about the benefits to adopting music and movement in the classroom and learning environment as a strategy to improve engagement, reduce symptoms of burnout, and increase learning . 

Burnout Prevention for You and Me Course

This course will help educators learn strategies to decrease stress and the likelihood of burnout for themselves and their students. It is packed with useful and practical information and resources to help educators and their students thrive.

In this course, participants will learn about the research supported and evidence based strategy growth mindset and how to develop a growth mind. Practicing this strategy will boost student achievement and self-efficacy for educators.

Courageous Conversations About Wellness: Fostering Wellness In Schools is a course that teaches educators how to cultivate brave spaces where students and teachers can discuss wellness and strategies to improve wellness.

In this course, Mindfulness for You and Me: Implementing Mindfulness to Improve Outcomes Overall, participants will learn how mindfulness can help improve the social, emotional and cognitive wellness of students and teachers.

Friendly Reminder: Registration with ASPDP and Professional Inspiration are required to earn credits toward salary differential.
